Saskia Epstein Executive Director Saskia joined Room to Grow as Executive Director in February of 2008. She leads all programmatic, administrative, and fundraising activities for the Boston site, ensuring that the organization is able to effectively meet annual goals and fulfill its mission. Saskia joins Room to Grow after dedicating her career to organizations serving children, youth and families. Immediately prior to joining Room to Grow, Saskia provided professional consultation to non-profits and co-founded the Brookline Teen Center Initiative. Saskia also directed programs at The Home for Little Wanderers for over ten years and previously worked at Citizen Schools and City Year. saskia@roomtogrow.org Kira Hoffman Director of Client Program Kira joined Room to Grow in 2005 as the first Director of Client Program in Boston. Prior to joining Room to Grow, Kira provided individual and family therapy in an outpatient clinic and worked with preschoolers with special needs and their parents, most recently at East Boston Head Start. Kira received a BA from Goucher College and an MSW from Smith College in 1999, with a focus on children and families. Kira and her husband, Christian are the proud parents of their son, Nathaniel, who has helped give her new perspective on what the Room to Grow families are experiencing on a day-to-day basis. kira@roomtogrow.org Audrey Becker Program and Development Associate Audrey obtained a BA from Simmons College in 2000. Before joining the Room to Grow staff in Boston, Audrey began working with Room to Grow as a volunteer in 2005. Her prior professional experience includes years of marketing and public relations for consumer and hospitality clients.
