Room to Grow joins with selected prenatal programs throughout New York City that refer their patients to us. Bronx Jacobi Medical Center Women's Health Center and Maternity Services This program provides free or low-cost medical care to qualified women in the Bronx. Morris Heights Health Center This program provides OB/GYN and other health services to low-income families in the Morris Heights neighborhood of the Bronx. Morris Heights Special Beginnings Program This program provides home visits for expectant families and new parents in the Morris Heights neighborhood of the Bronx. Urban Health Plan This program provides primary and specialty care to underserved communities in the South Bronx. Brooklyn Bedford-Stuyvesant Family Health Center This program provides primary health services with a special focus on the underserved communities of Central Brooklyn. Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center This program provides the full range of OB/GYN services to women in Brooklyn. CAMBA (Church Avenue Merchants Block Association) Home Visiting Program This program provides home visits for expectant and new parents in the Prospect-Lefferts Garden and Flatbush neighborhoods of Brooklyn. Long Island College Hospital This program provides OB/GYN services to low-income women in downtown Brooklyn. Lutheran Medical Center This prenatal clinic serves low-income women in Sunset Park and other parts of Brooklyn. Manhattan Baby Steps Home Visiting Program This program provides home visits for expectant families and new parents in central Harlem. Beth Israel Women's Health Center This hospital-based program provides OB/GYN and other services to low-income women in the Lower East Side and other parts of Manhattan. Mount Sinai OB/GYN Associates Practice This hospital-based prenatal clinic provides services to low-income families in upper Manhattan. New York Presbyterian Medical Center, Women and Children's Care Center This comprehensive support service and research program serves low-income HIV infected women and their children. Parent-Infant Center, Child and Family Institute at St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center This program provides preventative clinical services to at-risk pregnant mothers and parents. St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center This program provides comprehensive women's reproductive health care and prenatal care. Queens Queens Hospital Center Women's Health Center This program provides the full range of OB/GYN services to women in Queens. Safe Space, Healthy Families Home Visiting Program This program provides home visits for expectant families and new parents in Jamaica and other parts of Queens. Multi-Borough MIC-Women's Health Services This program provides comprehensive prenatal and family planning services through a network of community-based centers located in Astoria, Jamaica, Tremont, Fort Greene, and Bushwick. NYC Nurse-Family Partnership This program provides home visits to low-income women who are pregnant or raising young children in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. [return to top] |
