This program provides free or low-cost medical care to qualified women in the Bronx.

This program provides OB/GYN and other health services to low-income families in the Morris Heights neighborhood of the Bronx.
Morris Heights Special Beginnings Program
This program provides home visits for expectant families and new parents in the Morris Heights neighborhood of the Bronx.
Urban Health Plan
This program provides primary and specialty care to underserved communities in the South Bronx.

Brooklyn
Bedford-Stuyvesant Family Health Center
This program provides primary health services with a special focus on the underserved communities of Central Brooklyn.
Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center
This program provides the full range of OB/GYN services to women in Brooklyn.

Home Visiting Program
