Boston Partners
Room to Grow joins with selected prenatal programs throughout Boston that refer their patients to us. Room to Grow works closely with the OB/GYN Social Work teams and specialty programs at the following hospitals: Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Brigham and Women's Hospital Mass General Hospital Boston Medical Center / Birth Sisters Program In addition to our partnerships with the major Boston hospitals, we also work with the following community health centers and specialty programs: Brookside Community Health Center Affiliated with Brigham and Women's Hospital, this program provides healthcare, including OB/GYN services to the Jamaica Plain area. Chances at Crittenton This program provides alternative educational placement for expecting teen mothers in the Boston School System. Dimock Community Health Center-Project Who One of the largest community health centers in Boston, this program works exclusively with expecting women of color. Healthy Start-Harbor Health Services A program of the Boston Public Health Commission whose primary goal is to "reduce the number of deaths of black infants in Boston". Southern Jamaica Plain Health Center Affiliated with Brigham and Women's Hospital this program provides health care for the Southern Jamaica Plain, Dorchester and Roxbury areas. South End Community Health Center Affiliated with Brigham and Women's Hospital, this program provides services to the South End and Roxbury areas. |
