Room to Grow Pajama Drive
Help Room to Grow keep babies safe while they sleep by donating infant and toddler sleepwear. Every three months over the course of three years, families come to Room to Grow to meet with our staff social workers. In addition to receiving the parenting guidance they need to provide for their children in their critical first three years, families receive pajamas at every visit. With nearly 400 babies seen at each of our two sites, Room to Grow is in need of many pairs of pajamas so babies have sleepwear that fits and is appropriate for every season.

Studies have shown that loose clothing and bedding may prevent a baby from breathing properly at night, which has been linked to SIDS. Snug-fitting pajamas and sleep sacks are the safest options for infant and toddlers. Please consider donating new or nearly new pajamas in sizes infant to 5T, or holding a drive at your office or school. For more information, please contact in Boston or  in New York.

Annual Shoe Drive
Help Room to Grow in Boston put quality shoes on nearly 400 infants and toddlers being raised in poverty. Many of our clients will take their first steps in these shoes, while others will master walking, running and jumping. Families enrolled in our 3-year program often can't afford quality footwear. Your gift will bring warmth and comfort to many growing feet. We have a need for sneakers, play shoes and boots in infant/toddler sizes 0-10 for boys and girls. Our most urgent need is for winter boots in sizes 3-8 for boys, 8-9 in girls, and boys’ sneakers size 8. We also need toddler socks. Click here for a poster to help get your shoe drive started. Isis Parenting Impact
All of us at Room to Grow have been concerned to learn about the closing of Isis Parenting. Isis did more than provide an array of wonderful services to new parents in our community; each of its locations also served as permanent collection sites to support parents in our program who are raising their babies while living in poverty. Every week, Isis customers donated new and lightly used essential items such as clothing, books, toys and baby gear at Isis Parenting, which in turn were delivered to Room to Grow to distribute to families facing significant financial challenges. The partnership between Room to Grow and Isis Parenting produced more than 30% of our inventory, and now we need to fill the void! Contact us for information about hosting a collection drive in your neighborhood, school or office. Click here for a full list of items Room to Grow accepts.

Fashion Project to Benefit Room to Grow
Room to Grow is excited to announce our new partnership with Fashion Project, an online luxury boutique that lets you donate and shop the labels you love for the causes you choose. You donate designer clothing, shoes and handbags, and Fashion Project sells them to benefit Room to Grow -- with 100 times the financial impact of a standard thrift store.

So, what can you do today? Plus, more designer labels have been added to benefit Room to Grow. The majority of the proceeds will directly support our program dedicated to enriching the lives of babies born into poverty. Thank you for helping Fashion Project and Room to Grow make fashion a force for good. Email with any questions.
