Alexandra of Greece is a founding board member of Room to Grow and has been actively involved in the organization since its creation in 1998. Alexandra is a Child Life Specialist, having graduated with an MS in Early Childhood Education and Child Life from Bank Street College. Previous to attending Bank Street, she earned her BA from Brown University in Comparative Literature in both French and Spanish languages. In addition to Room to Grow, Alexandra is an active supporter of the Natural Resources Defense Council in New York; and in Greece, she actively supports Sos Eliza (a nonprofit for abused children) and Patmos Habitat (a nonprofit protecting marine area). She lives in New York City with her family.
