Allison Russo believes that access to quality resources and education is foundational to building an equitable world. She joined the Room to Grow team in 2020 as External Relations Coordinator for the Boston region. She has previously worked as a 6th and 7th grade math teacher in the Holyoke Public School District through Teach For America. Allison holds a Master's in Education and Bachelor's in Sociology from Boston University.
