Erin joined Room to Grow in March 2023 as the Chief External Engagement Officer. In her role, Erin leads the organization's fundraising strategy and external relations. Prior to joining Room to Grow, she served as Chief Development Officer for Rethink Food. 

Throughout her nearly 15-year career, Erin has led fundraising, marketing, and partnership strategies for social service organizations, including Food Bank For New York City, United Way of New York City, and Knoxville Area Project Access. Erin is a passionate advocate for the role nonprofits have in supporting and fueling positive, sustainable change in our communities. Originally from Tennessee, Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from Middle Tennessee State University.
