Rashaan (“Rash”) Reid, is Head of Global Senior Relationship Management (SRM), which services the top 150+ clients within Global Markets at BofA Securities. Rash & the team’s focus is to holistically deliver to the firm’s top C-suite clients business, investment,  financing opportunities across fixed income, currencies, commodities(FICC), equities, prime brokerage, transaction services, and institutional banking partnership opportunities.  In her management capacity, Rash is a part of the FICC & Equities leadership teams.

In addition to driving business, Rash is passionate about and remains heavily involved as a leader in the firm’s diversity initiatives, as evidenced by her time served on the GBAM Diversity & Inclusion Council, a proud member of the Black Executive Leadership Council, a founding member of GBAM’s D.E.A.L. (Developing & Engaging African American Leaders),  NY Black Professional Group (BPG) Executive Advisory Council, current co-chair of the GBAM Women’s Leadership Council (WLC), and other leadership roles. Rash also collaborates with key enterprise executives across GWIM, the Enterprise & Markets to aid in driving firm-wide business integration initiatives, as a representative on the enterprise’s NYC Market Leadership Team.  

Rash, a native and forever New Orleanian, received a full merit-based scholarship to Tulane University, from which she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Management in Finance and Management. As an MBA fellowship recipient, she later earned her MBA in Analytic Finance from The University of Chicago Graduate (Booth) School of Business and also engaged in an international business exchange program at London Business School in the UK.  

Rash resides in Manhattan (Harlem), New York with her husband and 7-year old daughter. She has several professional group affiliations and thoroughly enjoys civic service within her community, evidenced by her non-profit engagement as NY Board Member of Room to Grow, Inc and Council of Urban Professionals (CUP). She is a proud alum of Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO), and is also a member of Pipeline Angels, engaging in angel investing to uplift women & non-binary femme social entrepreneurs.
