Purpose, quality, and equity are Zelle’s ‘north stars’ in any relationship, project, or community partnership. The former CEO of Room to Grow, Zelle currently serves as a member of Room to Grow’s National Advisory Council. She is also an alumna of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s Interdisciplinary Research Leaders program. She is currently co-leading the program’s alumni leadership network in addition to founding evolutionforward.org. Over the past 25 years, Zelle has supported and led community organizations, classrooms, teams, and individuals to reach their highest possible potential. Her diverse experience spans multiple nonprofit and for-profit sectors. Zelle has a wide range of expertise in early childhood development, program design & evaluation, social & systems change strategy, human-centered design, partnership building, and social justice entrepreneurship.
