Amanda Hindlian is a seasoned financial services executive. She most recently served as President of Fixed Income and Data Services at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), where she was a member of the firm’s Management Committee. As President, Amanda led a $2 billion global portfolio of businesses, including public and private market data, benchmarking, bond trading platforms, data center access, desktops and feeds. Amanda also drove strategic M&A decisions, including the firmwide integration of new assets. Before being named President, Amanda was the Global Head of Capital Markets at the New York Stock Exchange (an ICE-owned entity), where she led record new listings for the firm.
Prior to ICE, Amanda was a Partner at Goldman Sachs, holding several senior roles. These included Chief Operating Officer of Global Investment Research and President of the firm’s think-tank. Hindlian was also a Senior Strategic Advisor to the firm’s Executive Office, overseeing the Client Strategy Group, among other functions. Amanda’s tenure at Goldman Sachs included several other roles, such as aiding the firm in assessing the economic and market consequences of the Global Financial Crisis, as well as the subsequent rules and regulations.
Hindlian also served as an Equity Research analyst covering the Semiconductor and Semiconductor Capital Equipment sectors, where her team was regularly ranked first in the annual Institutional Investor survey.
While at Goldman Sachs, Hindlian was a member of the firm’s prestigious Partnership Committee, Commitments Committee, and Chair of the Global Investment Research Client and Business Standards Committee. Amanda also developed and implemented the firm’s Reputational Risk Committee and oversight framework.
Known for her public speaking acumen across a range of topics, Amanda is a recognized thought leader in financial services and fintech. Amanda is broadly recognized for her ability to bridge business needs with technological advancements and other innovations.
Hindlian earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Spanish from Wellesley College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. She is also an avid reader and lives in Manhattan with her husband and two children.
