Chris joined Room to Grow in 2026 as Director of Philanthropy & Major Gifts, bringing more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Room to Grow, Chris led fundraising and partnership efforts across education, public health, workforce development, and community-based organizations, working with corporations, foundations, and individual philanthropists. His career and service have taken him across more than 20 countries, including leading medical service initiatives in Haiti and Guatemala and community development efforts in the Philippines. A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Chris holds an MBA from Metropolitan College of New York and a Bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University. A New York City native, he lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children. In his spare time, Chris enjoys traveling, serving his community, and occasionally drawing on lessons from his former life as a mixed martial artist.
