JGreg Petsche is a seasoned communications leader with extensive experience shaping corporate narratives and creating best-in-class employee engagement programs for global organizations. In his current role as Director of Employee Communications at Citadel, Greg is dedicated to empowering and inspiring the firm’s extraordinary talent and reinforcing its culture of collaboration, excellence, and meritocracy to drive superior performance.

Previously, Greg spent more than a decade at General Electric (GE), where he helped guide business teams through times of significant transformation. He led the internal communications for GE’s historic transition into three independent, mission-driven companies, ensuring colleagues felt informed and supported along the journey.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Science from John Carroll University. While his career has taken him to cities from Cleveland to Hong Kong, Greg is now focused on putting down roots in his Brooklyn community and contributing to the city he is proud to call home.
