Hadley is Executive Vice President at PIMCO, one of Room to Grow’s long time corporate relationships, where she works as an account manager based in the New York City office on the firm’s global wealth management team. She leads strategic relationship management and business development with wirehouse and independent financial intermediaries, partnering with clients across PIMCO's full range of investment strategies and vehicles. Hadley serves as lead coordinator for the PIMCO Newly Expectant parent Support Team (“NEST”), which helps coordinate peer-to-peer mentorships for first-time expecting parents to receive support and guidance from experienced PIMCO parents as they enter parenthood. She also is a member of PIMCO Families, whose goal is to provide meaningful support to PIMCO employees as they successfully integrate career and family.

Previously, Hadley was a senior investment specialist on the internal sales desk at Allianz Global Investors Distributors LLC (AGID), focusing on the broker-dealer community in Eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She joined AGID in 2006. She has 20 years of investment and financial services experience and holds an undergraduate degree in communication and rhetorical studies from Syracuse University. Hadley and her husband live in Rye, NY with their two sons.
