Amanda joined the Room to Grow team as a New York Clinician in November 2014, before moving to the regional Clinical Team Lead and the National Program Director role in 2018. As a strong advocate for women, children, and families, Amanda began her career at Mount Sinai Medical Center, engaging families in the Pediatric Emergency Department and Prenatal Care Units to support mental health, personal health, and family stability. Understanding the lifelong impact of early childhood experiences, Amanda is committed to supporting every family's individualized goals and development from the start. She presented the Room to Grow program at the Zero to Three Annual Conferences in 2018 and 2019, and at the LEGO Ideas Conference in Billund, Denmark in 2019. Amanda completed her undergraduate studies in Amherst, MA, with a Bachelor of Arts in social justice and advanced graduate ABA training at University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She holds a Master's degree in Social Work from New York University.
