Sarah Metz Krissoff is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has spent her career in patient care and health tech settings. She is currently Clinical Strategy Principal at Particle Health, where she works at the intersection of clinical care, product strategy, data, and AI. Previously, Sarah held clinical product roles at startups and worked as a management consultant at Deloitte, designing solutions to support care delivery.

Sarah is passionate about holistic, family-centered health and the ways social determinants can shape growth and development, particularly for vulnerable populations. As a parent, she has seen how much families rely on a “village” for reassurance, advice, gear, and everyday support. That perspective drew her to Room to Grow’s model of supporting families during the earliest years.

She earned her BS in Nursing from Boston College and her MS in Nursing and MHA from Georgetown University. She lives in the suburbs of Boston with her husband, their son, and their Goldendoodle.
